North Gulfport Wins Football District Championship

(Jan. 26. 2026) – North Gulfport Middle School Wildcats Football has done it again, capturing their 3rd consecutive District IV Division 1 Championship title! 

Tonight, these young men and their coaches were recognized by the Harrison County School Board. This championship is the result of countless hours of hard work, discipline, and perseverance. These student-athletes showed what it means to stay committed, push through adversity, and play for one another — week after week.

A huge shout-out to Tim Nelson, District IV Coach of the Year, for his leadership, dedication, and belief in these young men! His guidance continues to set the standard both on and off the field.
