Creekbend Wins Boys Basketball District Championship

 (Jan. 26, 2026) – We want to send a big shoutout to the Creekbend Middle School Eagles Boys Basketball Team — District IV Division 2 Champions!   

Tonight, these young men and their coaches were proudly recognized by the Harrison County School Board for their championship season. After falling just short in last year’s title game, this group refused to be defined by defeat. They went back to work — in the gym, in practice, and in mindset — showing true grit, perseverance, and resilience every step of the way. This championship is a testament to unfinished business handled the right way: staying focused, trusting the process, and coming back stronger.
